Flavours of Indo Pacific was established in 2014 by Manjo. Starting as a hobby, Manjo turned his knowledge and passion for Indo-Fijian food into a licensed mobile catering business. Working alongside his wife and daughters, Manjo has established a reputation throughout Brisbane for the quality and service of his food.
Manjo has volunteered his services to community events for a number of years and has now created a business, which caters to weddings, corporate events and lunches and parties. From sourcing fresh, local ingredients, to helping customers create a menu specific to their needs, Manjo takes pride in creating a catering experience his customers and their guests will remember.
